INDUSTRIAL FARMING: What's wrong with that?
A couple of decades ago, farmers realized that reducing the space and adding more animals, giving them growth hormone to accelerate their growing and giving them steroids, so they could grow 2 or 3 times their normal size to roduce muscles instead of fat, they would make more money and faster, so farmers took the animal from the fields were they could graze freely under the sun and lock them indoors in a permanent way, started to feed them with hormones, steroids and antibiotics to combat the illnesses the animals started to suffer from their abnormal body sizes, small cages or stalls, and also to feed them with animals parts to minimize the expenses of their natural food, such asgrains, grass and other natural food resourse of farm animals.
These new animals created this way, suffer from birth to death in tiny and often overcrowded places.
Sow stalls doesn't allow the sows to even turn around and as soon as the piglets are a bit old, they rape her and make her pregnant again. A couple of years later, when she "is wasted" or can't reproduce anymore, she is taken away for the first time and if she can't walk (because she never did it before), the employees often beat them up and kick them for hours.
"Veal" mean calves taken when they are born from their mothers, and tied by the neck on a small crate, avoiding them to walk or even move at all for 10 weeks, lying on their own excrement all this time and then when finally they are release, is just to slaughter them.
Egg laying hens when born are debeaked, that means to cut off their beaks with a hot guillotine without anaesthetic, for them not to hurt too each other due to stress and frustration and often bleed to dead. The male chicks are put in a processor that slices them alive to make cat and dog food. They are kept in overcrowded cages with 8 to 12 hens in each one. Where a chicken can spread her wings that is the space they have for all, making it imposible to turn around and move. They often stand on chicken wire, which cuts their fingers. Normal chickens produce one egg every now and then, this ones produce 1 a day. When they get all sick due to the food, lack of space and calcium (all goes to the unnatural over production of egg shells), their bones of legs and wings breaks, they suffer from heart, liver and all sort of problems. Then often, the employees toss them to a pile of dyeng or dead hens to die slowly and then are throw to the garbish. If they survive thy are kill to be consumed by humans and cats/dogs.
Cows, they produce normally about 4 litters of milk a day to feed their calf. In the US and other countries, they are known to produce up to 60 liters of milk a day, and they have machines pumping their milk most of the day for 15 minutes intervals, but if employees are busy or neglect them, the machines start to suck up blood and pus from the udders. These cows often suffer of mastitis. Any human breastfeeding mother who has suffered of mastitis, knows the unbearable agony of this. When they don't produce enough milk, they are rape again, so they have another calf that take away for "veal" production and when she is wore out, they take her to kill her for human consumption.
Pigs, they make them grow so much to create the double of muscles or more, that often they can't walk at all and their legs get broken because they can't support their weight. They also get heart failure, kidney, lever disseases
All these animals, are given the growth hormone and steroids to lay more eggs, produce so much milk, grow more muscles instead of fat, going against mother nature. They are fed among all these things animal parts so that is where the mad cow decease comes from or how even the bird flu may spread from chickens and hens having to eat the food made from wasted chicks and ill hens that is given to them.
The live span of these animals reduces considerable and only live for a couple of years. The way how they are genetically manipulated, they reach sexual maturity in days or weeks instead of months or even years.

GRANJAS INDUSTRIALES Porque son crueles?
Hace un par de decadas, los granjeros se dieron cuenta que reduciendo el espacio y agregando mas animales, dandoles hormona de crecmiento para acelerar el crecimiento de estos animales, dandoles para que crezcan de tamno 2 o 3 veces su tamano normal y creciendo musclos en lugar de grasa, ellos iban a hacer mucho dinero y mas rapido que teniendo animales al aire libre en el pasto. Asi fue que encerraron a los animales de una manera permanente y les empezaron a dar hormonas, esteroides y antibioticos para combatir las enfermedades que estos animales empezaron a desarrollar, al meterlos en pequenos espacios llenos de otros animales, a menudo en jaulas pequenisimas y dandoles comida a base de animales de su misma especie.
Estos nuevos animales creados y manipulados geneticamente, sufren desde el nacimiento a su muerte en pequenos y abarrotados lugares, sin nunca ver el sol ni el pasto.
Las jaulas de cerdas, no les permiten a estos animales moverse ni voltearse y cuando sus cochinitos ya crecen un poco, se los quitan y as violan para inseminarlas y volverlas a embarazar. Un par de anos mas tarde cuando ya estasn desgastadas, las sacan de la jaula para matarlas, pero a menudo como nuncan han caminado, no pueden hacerlo y los empleados les pegan y patean hasta por horas antes de matarlas.
"Ternera" significa becerros que son robados de sus madres el dia que nacen y los amarran a una caja de metal por 10 semanas encadenados del cuello para no moverse y ganar peso mientras estan en sentados en su propio exremento y orina por dias. Cuando al fin los desencadenan, es solo para el corto viaje para matarlos para el consumo de su carne.
Gallinas ponedoras de huevos desde que nacen les cortan el pico por medio de una guillotina caliente, sin anestecia, haciendo que a menudo sangren hasta morir los pollitos. Eso lo hacen para que luego no se ataquen, picoteen y desangren en las jaulas abarrotadas de gallinas (8 a 12 en cada una), que es exactamente el lugar donde una gallina libre puede estirar sus alas !.Estas gallinas, estan por lo general encima de malla de gallinero lo que les corta a menudo los dedos de sus patas.
Gallinas libres producen un huevo de vez en cuando. Estas producen casi a diario, lo que hace se descalcifiquen (por la creacion de la cascara de los huevos), haciendo que sus patas y alas se rompan, ademas de tener problemas de higado, rinones, corazon y otros organos vitales, por todas las cosas que les alimentan. Entonces, cuando estan muy debiles y enfermas, o han sido aplastadas, a menudo las tiran en una pila de gallinas muertas o muriendo para que se mueran, para luego ser tiradas a la basura. Las otras, cuando ya no pueden producir huevos en la cantidad deseada, se les mata para consumo humano.
Los pollitos machos, desde el momento que naces esta marado su destino, ya que no pueden producir huevos, los echan en una maquina donde cuchillas los cortan vivos y se utiliza esta "pasta" para hacer comida de gatos y perros y a menudo se les da esto a las gallinas ponedoras de huevos para alimentarlas.
Vacas, ellas producen cerca de 4 litros de leche al dia para limetar a sus becerros. En los estados Unidos y otros paises industriales, se sabe que llegan a producir hasta 60 litros por dia, tiene maquinas sacandoles la leche pr intervalos de 15 minutos cada vez varias veces al dia, pero a menudo los empleados estan ocupados o simplemente neglactan a las vacas en las maquinas y esta sacan la sangre de las ubres y pus. Estas vacas a menudo sufren de mastitis y cualquier mujer que haya tenido un bebe y dado pecho que haya sufrido mastitis, saben que sufrimiento es esto. Cuando ya no pueden sacar mas, las violan para embarazarlas, les quitan sus becerros desde que nacen y el ciclo se repite, hasta que ya no de la pobre vaca mas se le mata para consumo humano.
A los cerdos, les hacen crecer el doble de musculo haciendo que a menudo no puedan caminar ni moverse, sus patas se rompen por el peso de los musculos sobrecrecidos. Muchos de ellos padecen de enfermedades del corazon, higado, rinones, pulmones, etc.
A todos estos animales, se les da la hormona del crecimiento y esteroides para que pongan mas huevos, produzcan mas leche, crezcan el doble o mas de musculos en lugar de grasa, llendo asi contra la madre naturaleza. Ellos son alimentados con partes de animales de granja, lo que explica el problema de "La vaca loca" y "gripa aviaria" que es expande por el uso de gallinas y pollos que se les alimenta con parte de carne y organos de pollitos o gallinas.
La edad de estos animales se reduce conierablemente y solo viven por un par de anos. La manera como son reproducidos y manipulados geneticamente, hacen que alcanzen la mdurez sexual para reproducirse en dias o semanas en lugar de meses o anos.
